Store Managers Minimum Qualifications
| ü Three (3) years of retail management and accounting/administrative experience. ü Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide a level of customer service that will exceed customer expectations on board. ü Strong sales achiever with excellent sales record in attainment of monthly targets, effective selling skills and product knowledge ü Strong marketing initiative and the ability to provide on board seminars and fashion shows. ü The ability to adapt to a working environment ‘at sea’ for up to 6-8 months at a time with excellent career prospects from one of the worlds market leaders. |
